What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of analysts through 1:1s and career development initiatives.
• Monitor daily and weekly operations to ensure adherence to company SLAs.
• Perform deep dives on operational performance to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external escalations.
• Challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement in financial crime prevention.
• Assist management with hiring and training new team members.

Requirements

• Fluency in English with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Must be based in France.
• 1+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs.
• Proven experience in AML, compliance, card disputes, or transaction monitoring.
• Solid knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations (e.g., JMLSG, OFAC, POCA).
• Practical knowledge of SQL.
