What you will do

• Lead the hirify.global Supplier Account Team (SAT) and act as the ultimate owner of a supplier’s performance.
• Maintain long-term strategic supplier relationships and conduct high-stakes commercial negotiations.
• Drive supplier selection activities and lead sourcing teams for assigned commodities.
• Negotiate Long Term Supply Agreements (LTSA), NPI Agreements, and related agreements; monitor contractual compliance.
• Drive continuous cost and lead-time reduction, including supplier spending forecasts and supplier financial health monitoring.
• Execute supplier performance measurement (GQLTCS), lead SAT meetings, and drive closure of findings from supplier quality audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, supply chain, or related fields required; MBA (or MS/PhD) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience with an MBA (or MS/PhD) or 9 years with a bachelor’s degree in supplier management in a high-tech, international manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing and procuring highly technical, complex engineered products.
• Proven track record developing strong supplier business relationships and developing/executing long-term agreements.
• Strong experience in complex negotiations, problem solving, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25%).
