What you will do

• Collaborate with game designers and product managers to build monetization and economy systems for new games.
• Optimize economy, IAP offers, and ad placements for existing game titles.
• Analyze competitor games and market trends to identify monetization opportunities.
• Conduct independent research and share findings with the department.
• Apply simulation approaches to test and refine game economy models.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an Economy and Monetization Designer in the gaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of IAP-driven monetization and hybrid-casual game best practices.
• Proficiency in system design, economy design, and game design fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of economics, statistics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working on new game titles from inception.
• Advanced familiarity with data analytics methods.
