What you will do

• Provide technical and project management interface for product development work with management and internal clients.
• Build and execute customer and dealer surveys to shape technology solutions.
• Conduct quarterly one-on-one interviews to gather insights.
• Plan and execute tech demos to showcase new technology solutions and collect feedback.
• Document findings and communicate results through written and verbal reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to tailor technical information to various audiences.
• Proven project management experience including planning and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Peoria, IL.
