What you will do

• Own the delivery of approximately five concurrent customer projects, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Develop detailed technical project plans, milestones, and key results from statements of work.
• Drive weekly progress tracking and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate meetings across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive steering committees.
• Define and implement new processes to improve the efficiency of the Professional Services team.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to steer projects around challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, cloud, or data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile and other program management methodologies.
• Foundational knowledge of the data and AI landscape, including data warehousing, ETL, and machine learning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for export-controlled technology access.

Nice to have

• PMP or CSM certification.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark or Data Intelligence Platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in customer-facing implementation roles like Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience delivering programs related to Generative AI or Machine Learning.
