Worldwide Partner Specialist (AI): Driving go-to-market execution for the agentic AI partner ecosystem on AWS with an accent on partner activation, co-sell motions, and enablement strategy. Focus on accelerating the adoption of Bedrock and the broader AWS AI stack through strategic collaboration with ISVs, startups, and internal cross-functional teams.
Location: Must be based in the USA (Seattle, Arlington, New York, Mountain View, or San Francisco)
Salary: $101,600 – $177,800 USD annually

What you will do
- Execute worldwide agentic AI partner GTM strategies, including partner prioritization and co-sell program design.
- Drive day-to-day partner GTM activities such as co-marketing campaigns, joint solution positioning, and enablement.
- Develop partner-facing content including solution briefs, technical positioning, and reference architectures.
- Collaborate with AWS Service GTM teams to align partner messaging with AI service launches and roadmap priorities.
- Track and report on key GTM metrics including partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and activation milestones.
- Coordinate with regional field teams to support partner-led customer engagements and identify co-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or new business sourcing.
- 3+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, sales, or consulting roles.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements and measurable outcomes.
- Strong technical curiosity and passion for the partner ecosystem.
- Ability to operate with autonomy in a highly matrixed organization.

- Experience working with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage.
