What you will do

• Own day-to-day media buying, optimization, and pacing across multiple creative-led channels in Spain.
• Translate Spain priorities into strategy and plans in partnership with global and country teams.
• Lead budget allocation reviews and manage experiment roadmaps.
• Partner with Data team to run incrementality studies and interpret marketing mix models.
• Manage creative rotation and collaborate with creative teams to maximize content impact.
• Improve performance marketing systems focusing on automation and AI tooling.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Spain
• Proven experience in media buying and budget management across major platforms.
• Strong optimization mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and running structured testing.
• Familiarity with MMM, lift studies, and incrementality testing.
• Spanish language proficiency and good English skills.
