TL;DR
Technical Solutions Manager (AI): Supporting enterprise customers in implementing the DeepL platform with an accent on API integrations, authentication systems, and technical architecture consulting. Focus on resolving complex technical challenges, driving customer satisfaction, and enabling internal teams through technical collateral and enablement strategies.
Location: Must be based in or near Austin, TX (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise prospects and clients regarding their strategic vision with DeepL.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during customer system setups and API integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Enablement to develop tools and collateral for the Customer team.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer needs and future functionality requirements.
Requirements
- Strong work experience in a post-sales, implementation, or professional services role within the SaaS industry.
- Technical proficiency with REST APIs and SSO frameworks (Entra ID experience preferred).
- Experience with deployment support tools such as Intune and GPO.
- Proven success leading technical, multi-stakeholder implementations on time and within scope.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with office attendance in Austin, TX.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SCIM.
- Ability to speak French, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
