What you will do

• Configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor components including TRCs, Workgroups, and Rules.
• Implement and support Fluid timesheet functionality, including security roles and testing.
• Develop and maintain reports using SQR, SQL, and BI Publisher.
• Manage technical operations using Application Designer, Integration Broker, and PUM.
• Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and resolve complex functional system issues.
• Coordinate fiscal year-end processes and ensure compliance with NIST and WCAG 2.1 standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience configuring and supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Time and Labor module.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft developer tools including SQR, SQL, and Integration Broker.
• 5+ years of experience designing and supporting PeopleSoft Fluid timesheet functionality.
• 3+ years of experience working within ITIL frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage security standards, NIST guidelines, and multi-tenancy architectures.
• Experience facilitating disaster recovery exercises and managing technical audits like SOC-1.
