What you will do

• Turn customer pain into product decisions by understanding user goals, friction points, and the simplest useful solution.
• Own work from problem to production: shape the approach, build, ship, measure outcomes, and iterate from feedback.
• Work across the stack and make tradeoffs clearly across frontend, backend, infrastructure, data modeling, debugging, and product decisions.
• Raise the quality of decisions by asking better questions, challenging weak assumptions, and giving useful feedback.
• Contribute to product areas such as creator discovery, CRM/outreach, campaign performance aggregation, and creator payouts/attribution.

Requirements

• Built and operated production systems that real users depend on.
• Strong backend depth to design, build, and debug production services, APIs, data models, async work, and integrations (typically 2+ years hands-on backend work).
• Care about product outcomes, not only technical elegance.
• Comfort learning across the stack (frontend patterns, infrastructure, product domains, and AI-assisted workflows).
• Ability to work in ambiguity and create clarity for yourself and others.
• Work well with product designers and care about customer experience quality.
