What you will do

• Develop and maintain custom reports using PeopleSoft Query Manager and BI Publisher.
• Optimize SQL queries and data structures for high-volume HCM datasets.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and data dictionaries.
• Perform functional configurations using Page and Field Configurator and Event Mapping.
• Execute structured UAT and regression testing for system upgrades and patches.
• Provide Level 2 support and resolve complex tickets in coordination with managed services.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 8+ years of experience in public sector environments supporting state government agencies.
• 8+ years of experience developing reports for HR and Payroll modules in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• 8+ years of experience analyzing PeopleSoft HCM data structures and effective-dating rules.
• 8+ years of experience in structured UAT and regression testing.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing ITIL principles for ITSM.
• Proficiency in WCAG 2.1-compliant reporting.
