What you will do

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define long-term AI transformation roadmaps and strategies.
• Embed directly within customer organizations to deeply understand clinical workflows, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.
• Work backwards from long-term vision to prioritize high-value use cases that deliver immediate business impact.
• Design high-value AI workflows in close partnership with engineering and research teams.
• Manage project governance, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and drive product adoption.
• Translate project learnings into reusable playbooks to scale the company's healthcare go-to-market motion.

Requirements

• Deep subject matter expertise in healthcare, including hospital operations, risk adjustment, or Medicare systems.
• Proven track record of executing end-to-end on large, complex products within the healthcare sector.
• Ability to abstract complex systems into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Extreme agency and a bias towards action in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or a strong drive to rapidly acquire technical proficiency.
• Must be based in New York City for this on-site role.
