What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and develop enterprise opportunities using the MEDDIC framework.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and deliver compelling technical demos and proof-of-concepts.
• Present the business and financial value of Develocity to engineering leaders and stakeholders.
• Gather structured customer feedback to influence product roadmap and engineering priorities.
• Travel up to 35% of the time to support customer engagements and industry events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience as a software or DevOps engineer.
• Technical proficiency with build tools (hirify.global, Maven, Bazel, npm), CI/CD pipelines, and observability platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to prioritize activities autonomously.
• Experience with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Develocity.
• Experience using Agentic AI tools to enhance daily productivity.
• Background in software supply chain security.
