Salary: PLN 12,200–17,000 gross monthly (Poland only; other locations discussed during interview).

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end production of external regulatory reporting and internal MI, including Bank of England statistical reporting.
• Establish and maintain robust control and governance frameworks for regulatory submissions.
• Ensure regulatory deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
• Review and challenge data inputs and outputs to guarantee consistent disclosure.
• Explain complex regulatory concepts and capital calculations to stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and ExCo.
• Analyze the regulatory reporting impact of new product implementations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial or regulatory reporting within a UK-regulated bank.
• Expertise in Basel 3, CRD IV, and CRR rules, including CoRep and FinRep requirements.
• Proficiency with data warehouses, SQL queries, and modern reporting solutions.
• Exceptional analytical skills to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Track record of identifying and implementing operational change.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting qualification (ICAS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• Experience working within a challenger bank.
