Salary: $94,000 - $122,000

What you will do

  • Assist in the timely and accurate completion of the month-end close process.
  • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Perform analytics on cost of sales, absorption, and PPV to ensure accuracy of standards and gross margins.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to align inventory goals and mitigate financial risk.
  • Support annual standard cost updates and new part setup within the ERP system.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support special projects as required by cross-functional leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in cost accounting or operations finance.
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience in a Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP systems such as QAD or SAP.
  • Healthcare or medical device industry experience.
  • Experience with financial planning tools like Adaptive.
  • Previous experience in ERP implementations.
