Salary: $17.64–$32.74 per hour

What you will do
- Manage orders from entry to delivery using Salesforce and Oracle.
- Act as tier 1 phone support for inbound client requests.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Triage and respond to client inquiries while maintaining high service standards.
- Perform quoting functions and evaluate problems to propose effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement for products, processes, and personal development.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related customer service experience.
- Must be based in Fairport, NY.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in data entry and ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Ability to work within established procedures under moderate supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
Nice to have
- Associate’s degree.
- Experience with Oracle and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of electric power transmission and distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas.
- Understanding of the purchase order process including international shipments.
- Bilingual skills.
