What you will do

• Serve as the primary escalation point for client trade operations to ensure high satisfaction and SLA adherence.
• Oversee business-as-usual operations and project delivery, identifying high-risk areas and implementing robust controls.
• Lead automation and process optimization initiatives in collaboration with management and IT teams.
• Develop and enforce departmental policies aligned with regulatory standards.
• Represent the department in internal and external stakeholder meetings.
• Manage reporting, billing, and fee collection processes to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Fund Services industry.
• Extensive exposure to fund trading, investor account openings, and AML/KYC processes.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Ideally possess recognized professional fund services qualifications.
