What you will do
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client trade operations to ensure high satisfaction and SLA adherence.
- Oversee business-as-usual operations and project delivery, identifying high-risk areas and implementing robust controls.
- Lead automation and process optimization initiatives in collaboration with management and IT teams.
- Develop and enforce departmental policies aligned with regulatory standards.
- Represent the department in internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Manage reporting, billing, and fee collection processes to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the Fund Services industry.
- Extensive exposure to fund trading, investor account openings, and AML/KYC processes.
- At least 2 years of experience in a management role.
- Ideally possess recognized professional fund services qualifications.
