What you will do

• Lead and execute consulting projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery for banking clients.
• Drive business development in Belgium, including prospection, proposal writing, and relationship management.
• Analyze banking sector trends, business model evolutions, and innovations to inform client strategy.
• Develop thought leadership materials such as case studies, expertise letters, and press articles.
• Coach and steer consulting teams within the Banking & Insurance business line.
• Support business development initiatives in The Netherlands as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or economics.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company within the banking sector.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proven track record in business development and team management.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Must have existing work authorization for Belgium.
