What you will do

• Maintain ownership of new client assets to ensure timely and quality product implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Manage projects from initial receipt through to final implementation completion.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and leadership to refine and maintain implementation processes.
• Document all customer interactions consistently and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in implementation delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working directly with customers.
• 4+ years of experience managing projects with customers.
• 4+ years of experience in an Implementation Coordinator role or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with groups and individuals.
• High School Degree or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive or fleet industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
