What you will do

• Build and maintain a scalable finance operating model including processes, controls, and reconciliations.
• Set up and manage treasury, liquidity, and safeguarding frameworks.
• Lead local accounting, financial reporting, and EMI regulatory reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for CSSF finance and prudential matters.
• Deliver financial and operational reporting to support crypto product scaling.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation across finance controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, including EMI, PI, payments, banking, or acquiring.
• Proven experience in setting up regulated entities and applying for licenses.
• Expertise in prudential and regulatory reporting, transfer pricing, and intragroup charging.
• Deep understanding of payment/acquiring finance models, settlement flows, and funds segregation.
• Must be based in Luxembourg or able to work within the local regulatory framework.
• Strong, regulator-grade documentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Regulatory exposure in Luxembourg (CSSF engagement).
• Familiarity with EMT, stablecoin, and crypto prudential models.
• Startup experience or agility in rapidly growing environments.
