What you will do

• Implement software products, including installation, configuration, and user training.
• Manage MS SQL databases and data dashboards to support system operations.
• Provide technical support by analyzing and resolving system and data exchange incidents.
• Research and provision solutions for complex technical issues.
• Consult customers on software configuration and manage requests within the support system.
• Participate in internal and external project work, including software upgrades and testing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Experience in technical support for CRM or ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Ukrainian: Fluent required.
• English: B2+ required for client communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the FMCG market.
• Basic knowledge of C#.
• Ability to read technical specifications and documentation.
