Junior Supply Production Planner

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Maintain daily communication with production partners via email and phone.
• Monitor order statuses and production timelines to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Prepare reports on production progress, delays, and potential risks.
• Coordinate information flow between internal Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for order placement and factory workflows.
• Visit production sites occasionally for troubleshooting or process setup.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and good English (written and spoken)
• Must be able to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to communicate clearly and assertively
