What you will do

• Resolve complex technical issues related to invoice processing, matching, and coding.
• Manage open items, including credit note write-offs and clearing processes.
• Monitor accounts payable compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Support month-end reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to enhance accounts payable processes.
• Provide VIM support and execute payment activities for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable in a BPO or shared service environment.
• Advanced German and English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Solid financial analysis skills, including reconciliation of accounts.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP payables systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Romania.
