Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Irving, TX or Peoria, IL (Onsite 5 days/week)

Salary: $112,710 – $169,060

What you will do

• Manage and enhance ADSD dashboards and reporting tools including Dealer Profile and Must Wins.
• Design and build dashboards, reporting tools, and AI agents to support leadership decision-making.
• Serve as data owner for key performance metrics, ensuring high data integrity and accuracy.
• Align with global teams on the governance of reporting tools like the Global Dealer Scorecard.
• Support Distribution Directors and VPs with metric definitions and reporting standards.
• Provide analytical support to COE and ADSD field teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and analytics workflows.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or Alteryx.
• Proven ability in requirements analysis, technical documentation, and business data analysis.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio or Github Copilot.
• Experience in enterprise data systems and dashboard reporting environments.
