What you will do

• Enter, update, and maintain drug product data including identifiers, pricing types, and ingredient composition.
• Perform routine quality checks and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and quality oversight to a small team of contractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve process workflows.
• Document data decisions and exceptions in accordance with established SOPs.
• Escalate complex issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Experience with drug product data entry in a pharmacy, drug compendia, or healthcare environment.
• Working knowledge of drug product data elements such as NDCs, AWP, and WAC.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed SOPs and data standards with precision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent data tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Pharmacy technician background or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Familiarity with data quality assurance, audit workflows, or data governance practices.
• Experience with task management systems like Jira or Monday.com.
