What you will do

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of data and analytics professionals.
• Drive the data strategy and build a future-ready data foundation, including semantic models.
• Manage the full data lifecycle from ingestion to delivery of governed analytics solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and shape the future of data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Oversee the Master Data Management (MDM) governance model across Global Operations.
• Contribute to the Operations Development Management Team to drive digital innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc. in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics and data management within a global supply chain environment.
• 5+ years of leadership and managerial experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Proven experience in building pragmatic data governance models.
• Expertise in managing the full data lifecycle and delivering governed, semantic data models.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging AI capabilities to deliver business results.
