What you will do

• Work across framework internals, including rendering, caching, routing, and build systems.
• Investigate and debug complex technical issues from first principles.
• Contribute to developer tooling, documentation, and platform integrations.
• Collaborate within a highly distributed team to define technical direction.
• Maintain and improve user-facing product behavior and performance.

Requirements

• Strong React expertise is required.
• Background in framework development, developer tooling, or product infrastructure.
• Comfort working across frontend, backend, build tooling, and runtime systems.
• Ability to investigate deeply and reason from real evidence.
• High independence and strong ownership in a distributed team environment.
• Clear written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining open source projects.
• Familiarity with compilers, bundlers, or distributed infrastructure.
