What you will do

• Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and mobile interfaces.
• Design, ship, and analyze A/B experiments to drive user acquisition and conversion metrics.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to accelerate development cycles from mockup to production.
• Implement personalized onboarding and smart product features to improve user experience.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and team leads to execute and unblock development tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend development with React and backend systems using Python.
• Deep understanding of networking, data structures, and deployment processes.
• Experience with AI-native coding assistants and a commitment to code ownership.
• Product-minded approach with the ability to base decisions on evidence and metrics.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
• Familiarity with GCP, BigQuery, MySQL, and Redis.
• Background in growth engineering or experimentation platforms.
