What you will do
- Design and prototype user interfaces including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Create responsive designs optimized for web and mobile platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma including auto-layout, components, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
- Familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Experience working in agile environments with product and engineering teams.
- Background in branding, motion design, or graphic design.
