TL;DR

Location: Remote (Honduras). Working Hours: Must be available during U.S. Business Hours (EST).

What you will do

  • Maintain daily operational workflows and support leadership with execution-heavy tasks.
  • Manage clean and accurate CRM records and operational data across Excel, OneDrive, and CompanyCam.
  • Process invoices accurately, track outstanding balances, and coordinate with accounting for reconciliations.
  • Monitor crew schedules and job tracking using Aspire and Azuga to resolve conflicts and time discrepancies.
  • Manage inbound client inquiries and maintain updated CRM pipelines to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and RFP responses while conducting vendor and pricing research.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations coordination, administrative support, billing, or scheduling.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Must be based in Honduras and able to work EST business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Aspire or Azuga.
  • Background in construction, landscaping, or field service businesses.
  • Experience with payroll coordination and accounts receivable follow-ups.
