What you will do

• Establish business processes for conferences and act as the primary contact between clients and internal departments.
• Perform quality control on client websites, ensuring accurate hotel data and amenities.
• Create and monitor housing pace reports to maximize block utilization and identify trends.
• Develop marketing plans, including timelines for email blasts and targeted communications.
• Manage conference budgets and coordinate daily workloads for the Housing Team.
• Travel onsite to operate conferences and resolve real-time challenges.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years of experience with Passkey, hotel, or hospitality industry.
• Must be based in the US (Washington).
• Availability for show site travel is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Knowledge of hotel contractual conditions and policies.
