What you will do

• Develop AI systems for autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and robotic manipulation/cobots.
• Implement obstacle detection, object recognition, and pose estimation algorithms.
• Work with RGBD, LiDAR, and ToF sensor systems for perception and sensor fusion.
• Develop and optimize SLAM and localization technologies for real-world deployment.
• Build simulation and synthetic data generation workflows using NVIDIA Isaac.
• Deploy and validate AI models directly into industrial customer environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems into production environments.
• Strong background in robotics, autonomy, perception, or embodied AI.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience working with real-world sensor data.
• Proficiency with NVIDIA Isaac or similar robotics simulation tooling.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in North Reading, MA
