What you will do
- Manage external payroll providers and maintain internal HRIS systems with accurate employee data.
- Own the delivery of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
- Lead benefits orientation and serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits queries and resolutions.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local Colombia labor laws, regulations, and filing requirements to minimize company risk.
- Develop and execute benefits and wellness campaigns to increase utilization and support open enrollment.
- Support mobility requests and various talent projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
- Must be based in Colombia to ensure compliance with local employee law.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with an empathetic tone and professional approach.
- Exceptional time management, organization skills, and extreme attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in shaping and implementing AI within internal business or HR processes.
