What you will do

• Provide seamless customer support via in-app live chat, phone, and email
• Ensure professional and consistent communication representing Revolut
• Take ownership of customer issues and find effective solutions
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer problems
• Work shifts including nights and weekends to support 24/7 coverage

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1+) and Spanish (native/C2)
• Location: Must be based in Lithuania, Mexico, or Poland
• Bachelor's degree or provisional certificate
• Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and IT skills
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly and handle multiple platforms
• Independent problem-solving approach with attention to detail and empathy
