What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of boutique properties, resorts, and luxury brands across Normandie, Picardie, and Hauts-de-France regions.
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to achieve revenue targets.
• Pitch, onboard, and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitors within the French hospitality landscape.
• Travel regularly to meet partners on the ground.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in dealing with suppliers.
• Existing market knowledge and contacts with key players in the local French hospitality industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally to meet partners.
