What you will do

• Develop and execute the company's systems engineering vision, strategy, and global roadmap.
• Lead the development of product system architectures for current and future appliance platforms.
• Establish robust processes for capturing and managing product requirements with end-to-end traceability.
• Oversee system-level verification, validation, and reliability strategies to reduce field failures.
• Implement technical review processes and engineering gate criteria for risk management across portfolios.
• Recruit and mentor a high-performing global systems engineering organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading complex multidisciplinary product development programs.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, robotics, or connected devices.
• Expertise in MBSE, requirements engineering, and product lifecycle management.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Needham, MA.
