TL;DR

Tech Lead (Golang/Python/AI): Leading development teams to build AI-enabled intelligent digital solutions for ambitious enterprises with an accent on architectural decisions, scalability, and agentic frameworks. Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship. Frequent travel to client sites within the U.S. is required.

What you will do

• Provide technical and line-management leadership to development teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical briefs and impactful applications.
• Define architectural decisions focusing on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects and resolve technical blockers.
• Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
• Communicate project status and drive decision-making with clients and company leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Professional experience with Golang and/or Python combined with a modern Frontend stack (React, Angular, or TypeScript).
• Experience in AI application development using Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Agentspace).
• Proven track record with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and cloud-native IaC.
• Practical experience with observability tools and OpenTelemetry (OTel).
• 2+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring as a Technical Lead.

• Experience with Graph databases.
