What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end RFQ and PO process based on project and line requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with the supplier base.
• Monitor supplier performance and handle the onboarding of new suppliers.
• Contribute to the development and scaling of the purchasing department.
• Support strategic sourcing activities as needed.

Requirements

• Education in purchasing, supply chain management, or a technical field.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Must be eligible for Norwegian and NATO security clearance.
• Good English language proficiency.
