What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts to drive revenue and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations and deliver customized, high-impact commercial proposals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze sales performance and maintain pipeline reporting for forecasting and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or client management, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience selling services and solutions.
• Experience with CRM and platform solutions.
