TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing a portfolio of complex commercial and enterprise security accounts with an accent on driving retention (ABR 95%+) and strategic relationship ownership. Focus on orchestrating cross-functional technical resources, leading executive business reviews, and mentoring junior CSMs to ensure long-term customer value.

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the United States)

Salary: $134,700 - $195,300 USD + bonus and equity

What you will do

  • Drive ABR toward 95%+ across a portfolio of complex commercial and enterprise accounts.
  • Own strategic relationships with economic buyers and security leaders, including CISOs and CFOs.
  • Lead outcome-focused business reviews and identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Orchestrate internal technical resources (TAM, SSE, SOC, Product) to resolve customer needs efficiently.
  • Manage executive communication during security incidents, coordinating technical responses.
  • Mentor and coach junior CSMs on renewal conversations and executive engagement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of customer success or account management experience in B2B environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry (operations, consulting, GRC, or incident response).
  • Proven track record of driving retention and account growth for complex customers.
  • Strong executive presence and consultative instincts for C-level communication.
  • Deep knowledge of security domains: MDR, EDR, SIEM, NDR, and cloud frameworks.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
