What you will do

• Design TikTok- and Meta-first posts, series, and formats to capture attention and drive engagement.
• Translate brand and product narratives into platform-native creative executions.
• Spot and leverage emerging cultural and platform trends to keep content timely and relevant.
• Develop strong visual storytelling, balancing clarity with cultural resonance.
• Experiment with creative approaches, video lengths, and styles to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with internal creatives, copywriters, and production teams for flawless execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative concept development for social media.
• Deep understanding of platform-native behaviors on TikTok and Meta.
• Strong visual instincts and ability to create scroll-stopping content.
• Must be based in or able to work from Salzburg or Vienna, Austria.
• English: Proficiency required as the main company language.
