What you will do

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure solutions to support the software delivery lifecycle.
• Build and evolve CI/CD capabilities and deployment strategies for reliable and efficient software delivery.
• Develop observability capabilities, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing, to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement security controls and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures to improve platform stability.
• Support the technical growth of the engineering team through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, TeamCity, and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and on-premises data centers.
• Ability to develop automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with observability tools and infrastructure security principles.
• Must be based in Lithuania.
• Experience supporting infrastructure modernization and evolving legacy workloads.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of enterprise identity services such as Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
