What you will do
- Organize daily office operations in Berlin-Mitte, including facility management and team events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the global parent company regarding finance, HR, and administration.
- Support the CEO with special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in customer project coordination, including hardware procurement and invoicing.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (working language).
- Must be located in Berlin or willing to relocate.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive projects from planning to execution.
- Strong organizational skills and an impact-driven attitude.
- Team player comfortable working in an international environment.

- Solid German language skills.
