What you will do

• Build and maintain hardware motor test benches to measure motor, propeller, and controller performance.
• Develop and improve internal Python-based tools for propulsion test bench operations and data visualization.
• Create data analysis scripts to calculate motor thrust requirements and manage large datasets.
• Execute motor tests, upload results to cloud platform, and author technical reports.
• Participate in design meetings providing expertise on propulsion solutions for new platforms.
• Ensure internal visualization tools are robust and user-friendly for the wider team.

Requirements

• Location: On-site in Morocco
• Engineering degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Mechatronics, Programming, or related field; exceptional self-taught portfolios considered.
• Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, plotting, and sensor integration.
• Practical understanding of propulsion physics and experience with electric propulsion systems or UAV environments.
• Ability to autonomously implement features and advance testing platforms within 90 days.
• Strong communication skills to guide R&D teams and liaise with manufacturers.
