What you will do

• Set up, operate, and dismantle AV equipment and kits for summit events.
• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot AV issues during live events under the guidance of the Lead Technician.
• Maintain equipment through proper handling, storage, and rigorous testing procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to create an efficient work environment and ensure smooth event outcomes.
• Adapt to changing event requirements and take initiative to address potential technical issues.

Requirements

• Must be available to work in Fort Lauderdale and commute daily to the event location.
• 3-5 years of experience as an AV Technician within a rental company or event venue.
• Experience working with LED screens for events.
• Familiarity with presentation software, slide management, and handling multiple microphones.
• Ability to lift heavy items for event setup and strike.
• Strong communication skills and ability to execute tasks effectively under pressure.
