Salary: $169,150 – $233,000 (based on location tiers).

What you will do

• Own the definition, consistency, and integrity of core business metrics across product, finance, and go-to-market.
• Establish a unified metrics layer to serve as a single source of truth for executive decision-making.
• Coordinate large-scale initiatives spanning Data Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Product.
• Drive structured incident management for data breaks and reporting inconsistencies.
• Partner with Finance to ensure planning systems are grounded in trusted, audit-grade data.
• Translate complex technical systems into clear narratives for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, BizOps, or data strategy.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and decision-making without formal authority.
• Experience designing and scaling systems from first principles in high-growth environments.
• AI fluency and experience using modern tooling to automate insight generation.
• Direct experience partnering with C-suite executives on enterprise planning and resource allocation.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding specific states listed).

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer tech, subscription businesses, or digital health.
• Background in modern data stack architecture and BI systems.
• MBA or equivalent strategic training.
• External audit experience (Big 4) with SOX-aligned controls and lineage documentation.
