What you will do

• Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on the drone fleet including soldering and mechanical assembly.
• Pilot drones during test campaigns and serve as the designated safety operator.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts, batteries, and field equipment.
• Execute standard test protocols and report results to the engineering team.
• Maintain the workshop to ensure it remains organized, safe, and fully stocked.

Requirements

• Technical degree or relevant experience in electronics, mechanics, or RC modeling.
• Excellent manual dexterity with proficiency in soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly.
• Experience piloting multi-rotor or fixed-wing UAVs.
• English proficiency: A2 level required.
• Willingness to travel for field testing.
• Strong interest in DIY projects.
