SAP Service Manager FI/CO (ERP): Managing global application support and local ancillary systems for SAP FI/CO modules with an accent on ticket prioritization, change management, and SLA reporting. Focus on resolving complex incidents, coordinating between key users and third-party providers, and monitoring module KPIs.
Location: Hybrid (Rastatt, Germany) - 3-4 days at home

What you will do
- Manage global application support for SAP FI/CO modules and local ancillary systems.
- Coordinate ERP and ServiceNow tickets and change requests, including prioritization and escalation.
- Plan and implement minor, pre-approved, and emergency changes, including budgeting and reporting.
- Moderate SAP Key User meetings and facilitate communication with 3rd party support providers.
- Monitor module KPIs and support the creation of SLA reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Profound experience in SAP Service Management, specifically within SAP FI/CO modules.
- Expertise in SAP FI/CO modules.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Rastatt, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM or BI applications.
- Knowledge of ancillary systems like FIS, Ariba, Fiori, Paymetrics, or Vertex.
