What you will do

• Build centralized insights capabilities using Power BI to analyze production trends and portfolio performance.
• Develop and standardize Surety messaging, positioning, and content frameworks for agent/broker materials.
• Identify operational inefficiencies to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, translating leadership direction into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and marketing to align priorities and influence stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in surety, insurance, or financial services.
• Proven background in analytics, marketing, or operations.
• Strong understanding of the surety distribution model.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive large-scale initiatives.
• Must have US Work Authorization (no sponsorship provided).
