What you will do

• Lead the implementation and oversight of RegTech solutions for Compliance and Anti Financial Crime (AFC) functions.
• Design and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for regulatory systems.
• Drive automation, digital transformation, and process optimization across financial crime prevention.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver regulatory technology projects.
• Develop strategic technology roadmaps and conduct periodic system audits.
• Mentor teams in adopting RegTech best practices and promote digital literacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of combined experience in Compliance, Technology, AML/CFT, Anti-Fraud, or RegTech.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT and Fraud Risk Management frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience with the system implementation lifecycle, UAT, and vendor management.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and leading technical teams.
